Hugh has been in service since the age of 16 years old, starting his career at the stunning Turnberry Hotel and Golf Resort which is close to his home in Scotland. He has gained International experience in all types of service working in some of the finest hotels, restaurants, private houses and estates all over the world.

As a very proud member of The Guild, Hugh is trained in the very high standards and etiquette all Guild members provide for every type of events including Weddings(all cultures), Civic Dinners, Masonic Ladies Nights, Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, Auctioneer at Dinners as well as happy to make any occasion special.

Living in Greater London Hugh is ideally located not only for all events in London and the surrounding counties he is happy to travel the length and breadth of the United Kingdom, Europe and anywhere Internationally.
