Bill is a qualified Professional Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies having trained with the prestigious Guild of International Professional Toastmasters.

He has been actively involved in public life both as an actor and director in amateur theatre for over 40 years and is used to public speaking from that experience. Professionally he was the People Person for Timpson Limited which has given him the ability to organise events efficiently without taking a dominant role in procedures.

His use of these experiences have given him a very successful career as a Toastmaster, thereby maintaining the excellent standards of the Guild.
